Your information.
Handled with care.

How the AIFortress public website and contact form handle information.

When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. We use these details to respond and manage the resulting correspondence. Please keep initial enquiries general and avoid sending passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Email delivery

Messages are sent through Resend to hello@aifortress.ca, which uses Namecheap email forwarding to reach our inbox. Those email services and the destination mailbox may process or store information outside Canada. The website’s contact service does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages.

Website operation

Our web server records routine access and error logs, which can include an IP address, the requested page, request time, browser information and technical errors. We use these records to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website. Routine web logs are configured to rotate daily, keeping fourteen archived copies.

Cookies and tracking

The public information pages do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics and do not set cookies. The separate workspace uses sign-in and session information to provide authenticated access.

Keeping correspondence

Enquiry emails remain in our email correspondence unless deleted; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule for those messages. We do not use the contact form to subscribe you to a marketing list.

Questions and requests

Email hello@aifortress.ca with privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and some records may need to be kept for legal or operational reasons.

We will update this page if the website’s information-handling practices change.
